As we expand, we're transitioning to a model where superintendents work in tandem with project managers, and we ' re looking for skilled superintendents to join our on-site leadership team.

The Superintendent will lead all day-to-day construction activities, focusing on short-term project management while collaborating closely with the Project Manager, who handles long-term planning and financial oversight. This role is crucial to ensuring projects are properly planned and delivered on time.

This is a hands-on, on-site role where you ' ll be responsible for ensuring quality control, directing trades, and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations, focusing on a 1-2 week work horizon.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion and compliance with daily logs, material orders, and inspections.
• Ensure project specifications, budgets, and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Conduct daily quality control checks and maintain job site documentation.
• Set up and maintain clean and safe job sites, including materials storage and site protection.
• Schedule subcontractors and in-house labor for short-term goals, including framing, trim, and finish carpentry.
• Collaborate with Project Managers during critical transitions such as 'pass the baton' and handoff meetings.
