Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – High-End Residential position include :
- 10+ years of experience in residential construction, including remodels and high-end custom homes
- Proficient in project management software (Buildertrend preferred, but any PM software is acceptable) and strong technology skills
- Strong communication and customer service experience with homeowners on projects ranging from $200K to $1M+
- Oversee 10+ jobs at a time, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are maintained
- Ability to manage all phases of residential remodels, including framing, trim carpentry, and jobsite logistics
- Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural plans and handling supply take-offs
- Track daily progress, submit permits, and manage change orders and weekly reporting
- Willing to work both in the field and perform necessary administrative duties
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
