MCR provides on the job training, a very competitive commission structure, and the chance to grow within the company. With a "team first", family culture, Music City Roofers has an industry leading Marketing team, Production Team and Finance Department to take the burden off our Sales Reps, so that you can focus on selling!

This is a door-to-door, uncapped commission based sales position. Our top reps earn well over $200,000 per year, with our average rep earning at or around $100,000 per year. Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs.
