Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee all construction and maintenance projects across our network of nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement construction plans for each facility.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction projects, including renovations, repairs, and new builds.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage vendors, internal budget, crew hiring and supervision
• Manage budgets and costs associated with construction and maintenance projects.
• Must be willing to travel the state of Alabama frequently as well as occasional trips to Arkansas, Florida and Missouri

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management for a company with multiple locations
• Five years of experience with drywall, tile, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
