As a Residential / Multifamily Electrician at Edge Electric Of WI, INC., you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on multi-family residential projects. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise and leadership will play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Team Leadership : Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance and direction on projects.
• Project Coordination : Coordinate and schedule electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Project Records : Maintain accurate project records, including materials used, labor hours, and progress reports.
• Communication : Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Planning : Participate in project planning and estimation as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess :

License : Valid electrical journeyman or master's license.

Experience : Proven experience as an electrician, with a minimum of 3+ years in multi-family residential projects.

Skills :

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.

Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.

Knowledge : Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.

Requirements : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
