We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer of Resort Environments to join our design team at Atlantis in the Bahamas. This full-time position plays a key role in shaping the guest experience through thoughtful, innovative, and culturally resonant interior environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality design, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for creating immersive spaces that reflect the resort's brand and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design and development of interior spaces across the resort, including guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, and public areas.
- Collaborate closely with the SVP of Design and Creative Director to ensure alignment with the resort's aesthetic and strategic goals.
- Develop mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and FF&E specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout all phases of design and implementation.
- Conduct site visits and oversee installation to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainable practices, and regional design influences.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and documentation for multiple concurrent projects.

Delivery of design concepts that meet brand standards and elevate guest experience; measured through leadership feedback and guest satisfaction scores.
