Position Summary :

The Virtual Resource Nurse plays a pivotal role as a collaborative care team leader, overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering virtual nursing care to a diverse adult population across various healthcare settings. They provide remote nursing services to patients in acute and sub-acute care, emergency departments, critical care environments, skilled nursing facilities, and even in the patients' homes. Working in partnership with clinical teams at the originating sites, the VRN serves as an expert nurse on the patient care team. They actively deliver patient care, translate evidence-based practices, offer patient and family education, and provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to fellow nurses. Additionally, the VRN coordinates care across disciplines, collaborating with the originating site and other remote clinical team members.

• This role works in-office in Brentwood, TN. There is no remote work options.

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for 401k, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors, including type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all fulltime positions.
