We are in search of a talented Bilingual Human Resources Manager with proficiency in Spanish and English, along with hands-on experience in workers' compensation processes, to join our team.

Position Summary : As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions. This position requires effective bilingual communication skills and practical experience in Human Resource processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding workers' compensation.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and policies.
• Provide guidance and support in handling employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with management to address and resolve workers' compensation-related issues.
• Assist in the development of strategies to minimize workplace injuries and improve overall employee safety.
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other personal files.
• Act as a bridge between Spanish-speaking employees and the HR department, facilitating effective communication.
