Precision is looking for a Resource Manager to build and lead our talent allocation function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to create systematic resource management processes while actively managing day-to-day capacity planning for our growing agency. You'll be both the architect and operator of how we deploy our most valuable asset : our people.
The ideal candidate will understand agency workflows, resourcing needs, and staff's individual talents to put together strong effective teams that best serve our clients.
The role will report to our Deputy Chief Operations Officer and work closely with the leadership team and the Human Resources Department.
What You Will Be Doing
Process Development & Maintenance
- Design and implement resource planning workflows that work for our current scale while accommodating future growth.
- Implement and maintain resource management tools and processes.
- Recommend improvements to resourcing workflows that promote efficiency and transparency.
Daily Resource Allocation Management
Capacity Forecasting & Planning
What We Are Looking For
What We Will Give You
The salary range for this role is $85,000-110,000.
We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days per month.
