Job Title : Human Resources Manager
Location : Memphis, TN
Compensation : $95,000 – $120,000 base + yearly bonus
Work Setting : on-site
Overview :
A highly stable and well-established company is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in Memphis, TN, with weekly travel to a nearby Mississippi location. This is a key leadership role offering strong visibility, a chance to shape HR operations, and the opportunity to work with a supportive leadership team that values long-term success.
What You’ll Do :
Lead HR efforts across two locations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and recruiting
Provide strategic and tactical support to site leadership
Coach and support HR staff (1–2 team members)
Maintain HR compliance and oversee training, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts
Travel weekly to the Mississippi location to stay connected with local employees and leadership
Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including some leadership or supervisory responsibility
Comfortable traveling to a second site weekly (within driving distance from Memphis)
Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and generalist functions
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
