Your Role at Baxter

The Supervisor, GSS Customer Service provides focused commercial operations and administrative leadership for the Global Surgical Solutions / Infrastructure Order Management Specialist team. This leader is responsible for supporting the daily order management cycle (order entry and management), collaborating with Operations, managing the incoming customer and sales team order inquiries, daily metric tracking, dispute follow up, team training, adherence to the Quality policy and process improvement

This is a full-time hybrid with the standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The hybrid model includes working from home on Monday and Fridays while reporting to the Charleston, SC office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates must be local to the area and able to meet these in-office requirements.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Ensure all orders for GSS are processed correctly in an efficient manner that meets the business requirements.
• Daily management of orders.
• Regular Order audits to catch mistakes, identify training opportunities and prevent errors.
• Attend Daily Operations calls and collaboration with the operations teams.
• Report metrics daily.
• Ensure business requirements for turn-around time are met.
• Ensure team is fully trained with back-ups defined.
• Identify areas of continuous improvement via process and systems.
• Ensure communication to customers and stakeholders on order issues, date changes, etc.
• Dispute management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with 3PL.
• Adherence to Quality & Compliance Policies.
• Work closely with Contract admin team to ensure accurate contract data is updated in the system.
• Document necessary job aids, SOP's etc as needed.
• Ensure team training is always up to date.
• Manage a team of remote direct reports.
• Participate in ERP system requirements gathering, testing and implementation where applicable.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 - $121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
