POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the VP of Revenue Management, the AR Resource helps manage and oversee the business office's billing functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, resident trust funds, and other assigned duties. The AR Resource ensures the financial systems are accurate, efficient, and in accordance with professional accounting practices, company policies, and government regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must have experience with Medicare / Medicaid billing in long-term care / skilled rehabilitation environment
- At least three (3) years of accounts receivable management experience in health care
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Ability to communicate freely about AR and ability to be open to learning and strengthening leadership skills every day.
Work Environment – Office
This job operates in a mostly remote atmosphere with Teams meetings utilizing video weekly. There are occasions where travel is a necessity for in-person meetings with the team and / or facility that the workload pertains to.
