You Are :

The Resource Manager will work in the Program Management team in the CISO organization. Looking for a passionate, driven, and dynamic Resource Manager to drive sourcing the team's temporary and permanent resource needs using various staffing channels. This role will also plan and lead initiatives that cultivate team engagement across the CISO organization.

The Work :

  • Develop and implement resource and recruitment strategies for the team
  • Work with the team Leads to identify their resource needs and determine the best staffing approach to use
  • Understand open roles their requirements and qualifications to help Hiring Managers drive them to closure
  • Leverage various staffing channels to recruit needed team members
  • Develop and run marketing campaigns to attract new potential role candidates to the team
  • Create and provide reports to Leadership on how well roles are being filled and how staff retention is impacting various parts of the team
  • Assist team Leads in tracking performance reviews with team members
  • Develop and implement onboarding procedures new joiners into the CISO organization with the needed information about the people, processes, tools needed in their role
  • Conduct offboarding activities as needed to initiate access deprovisions, device returns, etc.
  • Create and maintain a team training plan that aligns with the needed professional development and CISO budget
  • Track the team's execution of the set training plan for adjustments based on available funding and need
  • Maintain the team roster to understand the various types of resource staffed
  • Maintain the team distribution lists for efficient mass communications
  • Create and execute an engagement plan for the CISO organization that including learning and network type of events (i.e. spotlighting, lunch n' learns, etc.)
  • Plan and facilitate the quarterly team All Hand's meeting
  • Create and distribute a monthly Newsletter to inform, engage and celebrate people
  • Design, implement and manage an employee recognition program for the team

Here's What You Need :

  • U.S. Citizen required
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resource or business management or other related field, or equivalent experience and education
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management or as a recruitment supervisor
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to work under pressure to agree on deadlines and targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with persons at all levels
  • Experienced with the development and implementation of procedures and plans
  • Bonus Points if you have :

  • Experience using Costpoint application
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and presentation skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment as well as working independently
  • Superb problem-solving abilities

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
