Position Responsibilities :

• Analyze operations data within PDI and perform testing to develop recommendations to leverage system capabilities to achieve business objectives;
• Design new systems or improve functionality of existing systems to enhance business processes;
• Align functional system requirements with business requirements using data models, test case documents, and user testing;
• Prepare product specification and technical information to communicate system capabilities to a variety of users;
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems in directly to user or through 2nd or 3rd-tier help desk support;
• Research the effect of system changes and difficulties and develop solutions to prevent negative impacts;
• Develop and update process documentation to ensure validity of data throughout system modifications;
• Maintain relationships with vendor representatives for problem resolution, repairs, and service; and
• Independent travel (10%) and work after hours, weekend and holidays as needed, periodically assisting and supporting the store acquisition onboarding process.
