1. Salsify PXM platform administration expertise. At least 2 years of managing Salsify – specifically configuring (products, catalogs, syndication channels), administering the day-to-day operations of the platform, troubleshooting issues that arise through the syndication lifecycle, understanding integrations with external systems such as our digital asset management platform – Aprimo.

2. Microsoft Dynamics – experience in creating and managing contacts, companies, organizations, orders, entitlements, etc. in Dynamics.

3. Business Systems Analysis – demonstrated expertise in driving the process of collecting detailed functional requirements from a variety of business departments and users, defining personas, writing user stories, identifying use cases, documenting the details of each use case, and from the use cases distilling / summarizing requirements by type / category. Prove ability to write complex yet concise functional specifications following industry best practices and standards.

4. Quality Assurance – demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely document expect results that drive QA test cases and test data.

5. Training – demonstrated ability to document training requirements, develop training materials, and train business staff in the use of the solutions we deliver and maintain

6. Artificial Intelligence – demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of AI and how AI can address our business team members goals, objectives, and detailed functional requirements.
