Job Description :
Manage the human resources department; provide guidance and leadership in successfully bringing all other departments into a coherent human capital management environment; ability to develop programs and processes that impart competency, clarity and timeliness in pursuing and achieving company strategic and financial objectives; create HR strategies for the future..
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision of human resources department personnel;
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations as they relate to day-to-day management of employees;
- Assure that company employment, recruiting, safety, labor relations, personnel, and equal opportunity policies and practices comply with provisions of regulatory agencies;
- Management of benefit insurance open enrollment, 401K information sessions and other employee communication sessions as required;
- Administration of workers compensation claims and reporting, and working with other departments to ensure employee safety and welfare;
- Effective employee relations and counseling, and serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems;
- Administration of company’s Affirmative Action Program;
- Oversight of Employee Performance Evaluation process;
- Oversight of Employee Training Records;
- Coordination and management of human resources source documents, forms and content;
- Oversight of employee physical and electronic files.
