Pay Rate : $62 / hr on W2 or $66 / hr on 1099
Job Description :
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for assessing treating and caring for patients with respiratory disorders. Working in a fastpaced acute care setting the RRT will provide advanced respiratory care to critically ill patients collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to best practices in respiratory therapy. This role requires strong clinical expertise adaptability and a commitment to patientcentered care.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
- Administer oxygen therapy nebulized medications and chest physiotherapy
- Assist in emergency situations including intubation and resuscitation efforts
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use
- Work collaboratively with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies infection control protocols and respiratory therapy best practices
