At Penn Oaks Golf Club we offer a wide variety of serving opportunities including both banquets as well as our members only bar & restaurant. We offer a non industry standard hourly pay rate + the opportunity to earn gratuity! We also offer a competitive benefits package to any and all employees who average over 30 hours a week after 90 days of employment.
Restaurant Server Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer services
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food / drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules / regulations and all customer service guidelines
