Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Restoration Specialist to join our team. This role involves demolition and restoration work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of construction experience, with demolition expertise required, and restoration experience considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demolition Work :
Safely and efficiently perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, ceilings, and other materials.
Assist in rebuilding and restoring damaged areas, including framing, drywall, painting, and finishing.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper tool handling.
Work closely with other team members, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.
Qualifications :
4+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in demolition required.
Proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction and demolition.
Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.
OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus but not required.
