Responsibilities
- Assist members with opening, and managing personal and business bank accounts.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommend appropriate banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and investment services.
- Develop and maintain strong member relationships to understand their financial goals and proactively offer solutions.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and account issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and fund personal loans.
- Maintain knowledge of banking policies, regulations, and security procedures to ensure compliance
- Completes service calls and / or other outbound call efforts to achieve branch sales and service goals
- Participate in community and networking events to build relationships and attract new business
