Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team. With numerous accolades and a national presence, our client operates at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Sourcing and Operational teams, along with the Supplier Quality team for the SBU.
- Implement benchmarks and metrics, including scorecards, to elevate standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee company procurement to optimize costs and enhance the overall quality of sourced goods and services.
- Negotiate multi-year contracts covering a significant portion of SBU spend.
- Collaborate with business leaders to achieve revenue and margin goals for the SBU and platform.
- Ensure compliance with Federal (FAR / DFAR / ITAR), State, and Municipal requirements, including Small Business Reporting.
- Mitigate supply chain risk by cultivating key second-source suppliers.
