Responsibilities : Help customers with their coverage Answer customer questions regarding their coverage Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan Help clients choose insurance policies that fit their unique needs. Keep organized and ensure a smooth experience for each client. Follow up with clients regularly to maintain satisfaction and address questions.
