As the Director of Retail Marketing you are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for the following : leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines. The Director of Retail Marketing will educate, stimulate, and guide teammate activity, behavior and results. They will also ensure that all teammates provide world-class service.Attractive compensation package includes Base, Bonus, comprehensive Benefits, and Incentives - $100k-$150k total
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Lead efforts for growth and expansion of retail marketing
- Research and approach potential retail location partners
- Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships
- Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates.
- Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team
- Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates
- Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc.
