You Are

The Management Consulting Manager designs and implements retail banking business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.

The candidate will be a Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Retail banking industry.

Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership; and to modernize their business models and associated technology components.

Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
