Pay Rate: $22.40 / hour

We are seeking dedicated merchandisers to enhance product availability in large volume grocery stores. This role focuses on stocking shelves, managing product displays, maintaining inventory in coolers, and ensuring storage areas are organized. You will engage with store personnel, promoting a collaborative working relationship.

This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20-45 pounds. You will also need to perform activities such as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and shifting products. A consistent schedule is provided, with specific start times and opportunities for varied work hours over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and merchandise products on store shelves, coolers, and displays in assigned locations.
• Regularly rotate products in the backroom and on shelves.
• Efficiently transport products from the backroom to shelf locations.
• Utilize equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to assist with product movement.
• Set up promotional materials including signs and banners in stores.
• Maintain a tidy and organized backroom stock.
• Address any store-related issues with store managers and Pepsi management.
• Foster positive relationships with customers at the store level.
• Adhere to operational procedures, including scan-in/scan-out and following designated routes.
• Provide excellent customer service, focusing on communication and attentiveness to needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Input orders using hand-held devices.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful completion of the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Access to a personal vehicle for travel between multiple store locations during your shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in retail or grocery environments.
• Proficiency in safely moving and stocking products.
• Experience in merchandising and creating attractive displays.
• Ability to manage backroom inventory effectively.
• Experience in customer service, including resolving complaints and fulfilling requests.

This position may involve travel, and mileage reimbursement will be provided for routes requiring personal vehicles.
