About the Role
A leading retail company is looking for a Retail Merchandising Manager to drive product selection, optimize assortments, and strengthen vendor relationships. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for market trends, and experience in retail merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Manage vendor relationships , negotiate pricing, and oversee product selection.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to ensure a competitive product assortment.
Collaborate with buying, marketing, and inventory teams to align merchandising efforts.
Oversee visual merchandising and in-store product placement to enhance customer experience.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels , making adjustments as needed.
Lead and mentor a merchandising team , providing guidance and support.
Assist in promotional planning and campaign execution to boost sales.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
Strong knowledge of product sourcing, category management, and vendor negotiations .
Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) .
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work cross-functionally.
Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship .
