We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Retail Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operations. In this vital role, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and stocked shopping experience, while promoting our core values and supporting the achievement of store goals.
Your Responsibilities :
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure a clean and organized environment for both team members and guests.
- Create an inviting atmosphere that welcomes all guests and team members.
- Manage daily operations through effective task delegation and ensure execution of our operational game plans.
- Lead initiatives to enhance guest experience and engage team members in achieving our goals.
- Supervise fresh food production while maintaining food safety requirements and managing inventory efficiently.
- Develop and train team members through established training processes while exemplifying our core values.
- Guide team members in their career paths while maintaining high standards through effective coaching and accountability.
- Assist in labor management to ensure adequate staffing coverage across all shifts.
- Empower team members to resolve guest service issues effectively.
- Communicate positively with team members to motivate and inspire them.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to safety and operations.
