We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Consultant to join the Farmers Agency of the Year. In this role, you will utilize a consultative approach to understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored insurance solutions. You will guide individuals and businesses through the decision-making process for a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options and benefits.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients by identifying their specific needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Assess clients financial situation, lifestyle, and risk factors to recommend the most appropriate coverage.
Actively listen and ask probing questions to fully understand the clients goals, concerns, and priorities.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate products.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-driven and highly motivated mindset
Insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) are preferred but not required.
