As a Retail Sales Associate, you will guide store guests into loyal customers. Create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley's products, helping guests discover styles that reflect their lives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver world-class service and delight our guests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest, maintaining a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk.
- Accurately process sales orders, adhere to cash handling protocols, and aid customers with credit applications and financing matters.
- Address customer concerns independently and support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards.
