Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style. Knowledge of clienteling techniques and experience building relationships with high-value clients. Ability to plan and execute events and promotions. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Description
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Cultivate a clienteling culture within the store, building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandised according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
