WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The Employee Retention Program (“ERP”) Coordinator keeps our ERP program running smoothly. You will help manage the program, guide new team members through their onboarding process, and make sure orientation training is completed accurately and on time. Job duties include :

OUR ENVIRONMENT :
As ERPC you must be actively present (on the plant floor during the sanitation process) to conduct safety inspections, monitor employee training, and ensure the proper application of Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures. You will be in a wet, hot, and or cold environment, could be exposed to chemicals such as bleach while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”). Shift may vary depending on location.?
