No cold calling—we work with clients who have requested information, meaning you’ll always be talking to qualified leads.   What is a 1099 Position : As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the freedom to run your business independently. This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning you’ll earn a large percentage of each sale. We provide mentorship, access to the best priced warm leads, and opportunities for bonuses and advancements, but how much you earn depends on the effort you put into growing your book of business and maintaining client relationships.
