Description
Project Canary is a climate technology company offering an enterprise data platform that helps energy companies improve and report on their emissions footprint. Project Canary builds high-fidelity sensors, ingests data from various other technologies and sources, and leverages proprietary analytics and models to deliver insights that operators can act on to reduce emissions. The data-driven technology enables energy operators to stop leaks faster, reduce risk, streamline reporting, and differentiate their operations for key stakeholders.
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue processes, enhancing data integrity, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and finance teams. Your insights and strategies will be vital to driving our revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, optimize, and ensure data integrity in our core platform, Salesforce, as well as other revenue business systems
- Lead the development of an accurate, efficient and scalable process for the entire customer lifecycle, including initial outreach, work order, implementation, invoicing and renewal, coordinating with the Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams and leveraging data in Salesforce
- Develop forecasts for operational planning and reporting purposes
- Maintain KPIs and internal reporting tools related to sales & contract fulfillment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and recommend new approaches to drive continuous improvement
- Build rapport and trust through listening, communication, and partnership with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to help exceed revenue goals
- Support marketing events, primarily conferences, to organize and manage vendor contracts and serve as the Project Canary Contact for the host organization of the event
- Supports regulatory and IT team in ensuring compliance with appropriate laws and regulations
