The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for full oversight of the company's revenue cycle as it relates to third-party payers and patient billing as well as managing/leading the team, processes, and technology. This position is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and implementing current and future strategies to improve the overall revenue cycle and cash position of the organization. The role manages the entire revenue cycle from patient registration to final payment while ensuring compliance and optimizing revenue.

Community Highlights:
Salary: $82,687.00 - $110,000.00 annually
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Extensive knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare insurance policies; three years of direct billing experience. Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Certification/Licensure/Registration: Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) from AAHAM, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from HFMA, or Revenue Cycle Management Certificate (RCMC) from MGMA are preferred. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with workflows and systems, medical terminology, medical billing software, and full revenue cycle knowledge required. Proficiency in healthcare software (eCW, Waystar) and Microsoft office applications.
