Job Description : As a Medical Revenue Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient invoicing, account balance management, and payment collections. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of care plan pricing, charge captures, and financial agreements. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of medical billing processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process patient invoices manually, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing standards.
• Manage a high volume of patient account balances daily, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Coordinate care plan payment collections, liaising with patients to facilitate timely payments.
• Prepare comprehensive financial agreement forms for care plans, outlining payment terms and responsibilities.
• Conduct thorough reviews of care plan pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Accurately capture charges for services rendered, maintaining detailed documentation and adherence to coding guidelines.
• Collect intake deposits and prepare financial agreement forms to initiate care plans effectively.
