HepQuant is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join the Billing Department team as a Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure accurate billing and related operations. The position reports to the Revenue Cycle Director and requires healthcare billing experience, with a preference for recent experience in laboratory diagnostics, understanding of CPT / ICD-10 coding, and familiarity with insurance payer behaviors and compliance regulations.

Job Responsibilities include :

• Performing daily front-end billing operations and client billing.
• Ensuring complete and accurate patient information and entering data into Salesforce and LIMs systems.
• Completing provider credentialing applications and verifying patient insurance eligibility.
• Communicating with patients and providers to resolve billing issues and discuss financial responsibilities.
• Collaborating with various departments and external vendors to facilitate claim adjudication and payment.
• Supporting the appeal process for denied claims and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
