JOB SUMMARY :
This position directly manages a team of 6 operational staff and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with teams, data and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include :
- Directing team members in the operational analysis of region, service site and individual work unit performance. Assisting team members and management with identifying areas in need of improvement, identifying root causes of performance issues, developing performance improvement plans and implementing those plans.
- Leading the development of operational plans to direct operational focus of the service center, service sites and / or individual work units in support of the Program’s strategic initiatives.
- Initiating, developing, and implementing projects with the potential for region wide and statewide impact.
- Overseeing the responsibilities of the monitors to ensure monitoring plans are developed and accomplished.
- Assisting with analysis of monitoring results and incorporating monitoring results into operational plans.
- Performing workflow analyses to identify and implement changes leading to improved business process efficiency.
