Job Description
Skyworks, a leading innovator in high-performance analog / digital and RF semiconductors, acoustic filters, and ultra-dense System in Package (SiP) solutions, is seeking a talented RF Power Amplifier Design Engineer to join our team. As part of the Module Design Team, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art power amplifiers (PAs), RF switches, low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), and front-end modules for automotive and IoT applications. Our goal is to enable the industry’s transformation toward the next generation of data super highways.
Job Responsibilities
- Design RF power amplifiers and related circuits for wireless applications using technologies such as GaAs, GaN, SOI, or SiGe.
- Conduct lab testing and characterization of highly integrated RF System in Package solutions.
- Take hands-on design responsibility, including overseeing detailed IC layout, lab evaluation, and back-fitting of designs.
- Present detailed design reviews covering all aspects : IC, package, electromagnetic (EM), and thermal considerations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization, demonstrating problem-solving skills, data analysis, and critical thinking.
- Support all stages of product development, from concept to mass production.
