Experience in Root Metrics data collection and reporting . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR 4+ years of related work experience . Key Responsibilities
- Optimize LTE / 5G networks by collecting and analyzing service measurement data.
- Lead feature-related projects, node integrations, and centralized tasks , ensuring timely deliverables.
- Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues independently or in coordination with other teams.
- Support network performance evaluations , identifying system issues and recommending solutions.
- Report network performance issues to appropriate engineering teams for resolution.
- Resolve customer service issues , implement solutions, and conduct drive tests for performance analysis.
