Responsible for contributing in the RF Design of the regional cellular network; both small cells and macro solutions. Responsibilities include : designing and in support of special initiatives such as 5G mmWave and C-Band within their geographic area of responsibility; working with the performance team to understand area and issues within his / her area. Extensive experience with below is a MUST have. RF Design and Optimization - Ericsson RAN background. Experience with Atoll / creating RFDS, CIQ, E911 filing, plumbing diagrams is a must have. BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry. Should have a good understanding of engineering concepts, and must show aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.
