We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing products from concept through production. As a Product Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet high standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Development : Lead the design, development, and refinement of products, ensuring they meet specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Prototyping and Testing : Work with our internal team and outside vendors to create and evaluate prototypes, conduct testing to validate product concepts, and refine designs based on test results and feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and marketing, to align product development with customer needs and market demands.
• Vendor Negotiations : solicit pricing from our domestic and foreign vendors on new products and / or existing products with some upgrades
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving product design and manufacturing processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Documentation : Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, technical drawings, and testing reports.
• Quality Assurance : Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish testing protocols and ensure products meet all regulatory and quality standards.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Customer Support : Provide technical support to customers, addressing product-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Strong problem-solving abilities

Experience in the consumer products industry
