Job descriptionWeld, cut, and fabricate metal structures according to blueprints and specifications. Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum , and other metals using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques. Inspect welds and materials to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Interpret detailed technical drawings and schematics accurately. Perform welding tasks in shop and field environments as needed. Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations . Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet project deadlines. Proven experience as a Structural Welder . OSHA 10 Certification - Required. Welding certifications (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) - Preferred. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings . Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments , including various weather conditions.
