Responsibilities

• Take incident reports for property damage and cargo.
• Maintains proper record of generated reports and or documentation.
• Assign claims to in-house claims processors or adjusters, assist in ordering police reports, request and maintain all internal records and needed.
• Issue insurance certificates for company and affiliates.
• Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data into the computer system.
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies the accuracy of data to be entered.
• Keeps record of work completed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two related experiences and / or training.

Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information

Demonstrates attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.

Prioritizes and completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.

Bilingual proficient in both English & Spanish language (Required).
