Job Summary Assist the Credit Risk team with the management of Dacotah Bank's loan portfolio risk. Review loan files to achieve various objectives set by the Director of Credit Risk Management. Assist the Credit Risk Manager with scoping loan reviews and compiling reports.

Essential Functions

• Independently review loan files as assigned
• Communicate review observations with the Credit Risk Manager and Director of Credit Risk
• Participate in credit review discussions and exit meetings with the lending staff and applicable management
• Assist with the scoping process to create credit review samples
• Assist with data aggregation for credit review reports
• Establish relationships with lending staff, market leadership, portfolio managers, and senior management
• Other duties as assigned
