Shift : Days, 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F with rotating weekends

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

WA license

2 years case management experience

Must have prior travel experience

Mandatory Skills : Recent Epic experience, clear communication skills, discharge planning experience, patient progression experience, ability to collaborate with other disciplines

BSN or Associates Degree in Nursing

Floating : assigned unit

Nurse Case Manager to Patient Ratio : 1 : 30

Units : Case Management
