We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Medical Director (MD) to provide strategic clinical leadership and oversee medical operations at our outpatient clinic. The Medical Director will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, supervising clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives. This role blends patient care responsibilities with administrative oversight, making it ideal for a physician with strong leadership skills and a passion for advancing healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for all medical services within the clinic
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to all patients
- Supervise and mentor medical staff including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to improve care efficiency and outcomes
- Collaborate with executive leadership and administrative teams on clinic operations, budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct chart reviews, and lead quality assurance and improvement programs
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care, continuous learning, and interdepartmental collaboration
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and The Joint Commission standards
- Participate in direct patient care as needed, balancing clinical and administrative duties
- Represent the clinic in community outreach, partnerships, and healthcare initiatives
