Job description

Clinical Program Manager RN

The Clinical Program Manager Telehealth leads the development of standardized Telehealth clinical protocols across an assigned region (or multiple regions) in collaboration with system and regional Telehealth Administrative, Physician and Technical leaders. Collaborates with other regional Telehealth Clinical Program Managers to design, implement, evaluate and continuously improve a standardized, system-wide telepresenting program as part of our system Telehealth strategy and workforce development plan. Part of an on-call rotation to support systems and programs. Also engages in frequent travel within the regions.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Upon hire : Alaska Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire : California Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire : Montana Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire : New Mexico Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire : Texas Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon request : Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
  • 5 years Clinical experience
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing Or equivalent educ / experience
  • 4 years experience in program management implementing multi-departmental or enterprise solutions
  • 2 years Prior and current experience within Telehealth industry
