Your Role :

As a vital member of our care team, you will assist our residents with daily living activities, ensuring they receive the support they need while promoting their dignity and respect. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Providing exceptional care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal hygiene

Responding to resident call lights with compassion and helpfulness

Understanding residents’ dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions to ensure appropriate meals

Recording vital signs as per nursing staff requests

Alerting the Nurse in Charge to any changes in residents’ conditions promptly

Qualifications :

Current CNA certification

A positive attitude with a willingness to exceed expectations for our residents

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently

A genuine passion for working with seniors
