Aurora on France TCU is a 5-star facility looking for a talented Registered Nurse with dynamic leadership skills to join our team and lead the clinical operations as the Director of Nursing.
Aurora on France TCU is a 63-bed community that offers a unique experience with a specialty focus on short-term rehab for adults of various ages. We are an innovative, fast-paced, high-quality skilled nursing facility conveniently located in Edina, MN and connected to M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital. Our dedicated and talented team works collaboratively to ensure patients meet their goals of care and return to their homes in the community. As the Director of Nursing, you will have the opportunity to lead a vibrant team, empower patients, and create lasting impressions while you work to operationalize the department and ensure quality care.
This DON RN is a full time, salaried position that offers performance bonuses as well as a generous benefits package (paid time off, matching retirement monies, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, wellness dollars).
Day Shift (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate - $52.00 to $63.00 range.

- Ensures the quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for residents
- Plans, develops and advises new and enhanced health care programs
- Leads the operations of the nursing department
- Provides ongoing leadership and oversite of the nursing department
- Assists with hiring and training
- Adheres to budget and supports a marketing plan sought at full occupancy
- Supports relationships between nursing and medical staff
