Critical Care RN Educator :

• Title : Critical Care Nurse Educator
• Required License(s) and / or Certifications : RN, BLS, Required. MSN or formal education training program required. CCRN and / or NPD-BC preferred.
• Minimum Years of Experience Required 3 years' experience in formal education role.
• Brief Job Description
• Support onboarding and orientation for Critical care RNs and Staff
• Responsible for needs assessment and curriculum design
• Program implementation and evaluation
• Works closely with unit and service line leadership to align unit education and initiatives with strategic goals and standards of the organization
• Acts as a subject matter expert and consultant in support of Overlake care teams
• Provides mentorship for staff and supports professional development opportunities
• Supports policy and procedure development
• Actively participates in process improvement and quality initiatives
