Job descriptionMinimum of 5-10+ years of recent heavy highway, road construction experience Experience in commercial sitework would be beneficial Must have worked on medium to large heavy highway road projects ($10M+) Preferably holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to think independently and problem-solve effectively, OSHA Competent person certification Must possess an outstanding driving record

- Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of foremen and subcontractors
- Collaborate with estimators and engineers on quantities and productions
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients (owners, consultants, public)
- Mentor, supervise, and train foremen and field employees at project sites
- Set performance and production targets for project teams
- Work with management, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to address construction issues and enhance construction methods
- Manage construction activities in alignment with contract specifications, drawings, safety requirements, and environmental regulations
- Carry out construction activities within the project schedule and budget
- Evaluate project performance regularly and suggest corrective measures to the project manager
- Uphold Company policies and procedures
- Assist with On-the-Job Training
